Thanks for the video, Springman.
You're a smooth rider.
That helped me to know what to expect when I get a chance to ride the Dragon.
Were you pushing your comfort zone on corner speeds or was that a leisurely ride ?
It looked like a few of the corners you took would have been a little faster than my experience would allow.

Great video, thanks for posting it.  Where did you mount your camera and how did you avoid the wind noise.  I put a band aid over the mic on my camera which helps with the wind noise but then it picks up a lot of gear whine when I let off the throttle.  You did a good with the sound.

Well that's cool, and I am jealous.  I didn't get to pass anyone on my ride.   :'(

I probably would have, but I was taking it easy for my friend's wife behind me...she was a little frightened and I wanted to keep her close and between her husband and I so she didn't get tangled up in a batch of crotch rockets and freak out. She did good and loved it when we were done!

Very nice.. but way too much traffic for my liking.  Give me them deep back roads where you mostly worry about cows in your lane.  Cheesy

Todd, I have only been riding for about 3 to 4 years. There were a few curves that were close to the limit of my comfort zone. But it really is much easier if you have a good rider in front of you and you try to follow his lines. So thanks Versy.

Engineer, I had a chest mount and I had the gopro in the underwater housing which really subdues the sound.

Looks like a good ride. Wish it was a little closer to me to try  Undecided

I've been playing with my GoPro since Christmas now and I think the Chesty is one of the most versatile mounts, but you can continuously hear the j-buckle clicking around during the video. I've found that if you use 2 of the short extensions and a regular flat mount slid into the chesty then you can use the rubber "nose plug" looking thing on the buckle and it eliminates much of the clicking during playback.

Thanks SpringMan  ,  That had me "Re-Living " our last ride.   Latter in the evenings (about supper time) traffic is really light or non-existence most days.   The day trippers are on their way home and  most others are out to dine.   Art is right ... its not as simple as it looks !  Wink

Nice video for sure! I spent the 1st 3 minutes trying to figure out if that was decel pop and between shift pop or something else. Glad to know someone else enjoys that sound enough to try and not tune it away!

Looks like a lovely road. It looks very popular. I read a short wiki about it, is the speed limit really 30mph? And could you go much quicker? Those road videos often don't convey the same sense of speed you have when you're actually there.
