Good for you!  I also concur on administration.  My mom retired a few years back, loved the kids, but said so much had changed she couldn't teach anymore.  I know a very nice lady who is a friend that quit after teaching for about 20 years.  She said she just couldn't handle all of the current testing BS and such.  She became a realtor.
