Air Filters Question (Read 89 times)

ralfyguy Serious Thumper Offline Posts: 932	Air Filters Question 07/30/14 at 09:13:31 I need a new stock air filter. So I looked around on eBay. The stock Suzuki one is madly expensive. My question is are the EMGO and HIFLO brand ones any good? Does anybody have any experience with these compared to the stock one?

Sure,.. Suzuki brand is subcontracted to one of those two... probably lowest bidder...
I use a K/N slip in... not for performance,.. just 'cause it's washable...
costs double, but you'll never need to buy another... (I didn't buy it, I got it off another bike)...
...or... gut the old one and glue in some filter foam with RTV...
I have one I made like that too...

Get stingy on the this puppy... Grin
