2 questions help please
06/25/14 at 18:40:30

1st question is how do I make my stock exhaust louder. I'm thinking about drilling holes. If this is a possible route where should I drill? Second where is the fuel air screw? Thanks for any assistance.

Sal, (and all noobies)... check out the "Tech documents" on the home page. There are TONS of links to threads about stuff, all categorized: carb/fuel, exhaust, etc. etc. Get familiar with the resources on the site, there's a LOT of cool info on it.
This link is from that list of links

Second where is the fuel air screw?

The air screw is located on the right side of the carb, under a brass plug.  The way to access it is to very carefully drill a hole into the brass plug, it is about the thickness of a nickel.  Then run a sheet metal screw or something similar into that hole and pry/pull the plug out.  You will then see the adjustment screw down in the recess.

Some have drilled holes and were satisfied with the results.  There are good pictures somewhere in the forum.  I think, but am not sure, that most drill four or five 3/16 inch holes in the back plate at the back end of the muffler.  I don't remember if they put them inside or outside the circle defined by the rivets.
