My take on libs is they lead with their heart, which is so easy to manipulate by others.
I believe they really want whats best, and have an honest concern.....
But, that does not ensure anything.
As a parent the hardest thing about being a parent is saying no.
I would love to give them anything they ask for, make their live easier than what I had to endure, etc.
But in doing so I have undermined their own growth at overcoming obstacles in life, the reaping of rewards, the accomplishments, the self worth, their very character, because I was too weak to say, no
Think for a moment, life got to this stage pretty well without us having to reinvent the wheel.
Why is that?
Life is pretty basic, our needs are very primitive, and it has sustained us for all these centuries.
Now it seems we think we can improve on that.
We dictate upon our government to provide these things, that it was never designed to provide, in the first place.
We wonder why its failing......
