Fork seals!

Looking for help on the fork seal replacment. More or less a guide on how to replace them disassemble / assemble. All the pictures would be a +! So if anyone could help be appreciated. All I can seem to find is the ryca lowering kit yadyad. Nothing specificaly for the seals  :'(

Hey!

Fork seal replacement is fairly easy.

What is basically involved is shown on this video:

Once you have the front end disassembled and just have to forks out you will need to basically tug out the inner tube to get the fork seal out (after you've removed the retention clip and damper bolts.)

Once you have the inner tube out along with the old fork seal.. remove old fork seal.

Reassemble the inner fork components and use a 1.5 inch PVC pipe to slip in the bushing onto place. After the bushing and the washer is in place use that same PVC pipe to push a new oil soaked seal.

Reassemble everything and you are done.
