yes i have one just like that.what you will need to do is use a block of wood as a spacer on one of the skids as the frame sits lower at one side than the other

Coincidentally I am today going through the exact same process.  There are some things that protrude below the frame (kickstand bracket, for example) so the spacing is a little bit tight.  I found that a piece of plywood 8.5 X 11" seemed to work well (a little wider than the frame but not so wide as to get in the way of anything protruding down.  I also needed the plywood because the supports on the jack were a bit wider than the frame (fore and aft).

I only need to lift the front up and I found that the rear tire stayed on the ground (which suits me just fine).  Possibly if I jacked it up higher the rear would come off as well.

Also, that looks like a Harbor Freight jack. I used to work at Harbor Freight, and I know you can regularly and easily get a coupon that puts that thing sitting at 69.99 (or if you are really REALLY lucky, 59.99) go to a place that sells car magazines or pop science or something techy (I've even seen them in photography mags) and find the area of the mag that has all the coupons. There is usually a HF insert, and it usually has this jack. Yeah, 'jack'   that page. Mags usually always have better deals than your mail, or newspaper, or the website.
