My suggestion.....

Anyone traveling in this state better have a license. You can fight it all you want, but you will be old and broke before you get anywhere.

PS: the constitution does NOT guarantee the "right to happiness" never did... it guarantees the right of the pursuit of happiness. Anyone saying they have to have a car to be happy... brings up others requirements for aircraft carriars.. atomic bombs, multiple wives.. anything ...

The lethality of the use of the automobile warrants a process that proactively protects all others (IMHO).
