Ah ok, I see the washer on the fiche now, thanks.

And yea, still debating whether I should go ahead and just do the washer mod while I have the carb apart, even thought the bike is stock.

At a minimum you should reduce the size of the white spacer on top of the needle.  Replace the white spacer with a 2-3 washers that are equivalent to about half the thickness of the white spacer.  That is the most significant change you can do to improve the performance of the bike.....it will run much smoother after you do that.
