Not quite - 1991-1998 was the worst IMHO. Year of manufacture for end date not the year of administration. Year of administration - 1991 on the number of vaccines required was increased like 3 fold.
The mercury adjuvants which were adopted in the 30's - pre fda, and grandfathered in as GRAS - generally regarded as safe allowable limit was left what it was in the 30's. This ended up with a 175 fold allowable limit of mercury pumped into a baby as compared to eating the maximum amount of fish allowed by the FDA.
In 1998 the pharmaceutical companies agreed to voluntarily make many vaccines mercury free. It was a soft date and a voluntary change by manufacturers. So all sorts of batches on either side have varying levels of mercury.

No reason anyone would know this unless you have a mercury poisoned kid.

2009- or so year of administration - dont ask me month, it depends on the company - they are mercury free. That's because vaccines have a 10 year shelf life. In 98 they went voluntarily Hg free. Soft date and all that ... so 99 on they are free.
