We may need to consider the photo size and quality for the purposes of enlarging as well...  Nominate any bike you think is worthy,.. but finalists may be asked to shoot us a higher quality image...
Wink...

Gitarzan has a pretty sweet pic here...

That one might make December...  Smiley...

Some season appropriate pics might be nice...

I remember someone had a very artistic night shot of their bike on here somewhere... Anybody seen it?...

As Serowbot points out members only would avoid any legal palaver, surely

Stockers could come from Suzuki's own pics and some international flavour would do no harm.

I am the lone "Just voting to see the poll results.."... vote... Huh...
I added that option just for me... because I can't see the results without voting... and I didn't want to influence the vote...

... but,.. having thought about it,... and with a little bit of professional experience in obtaining copyright permissions...
I do think a members only calender, would be easier to deal with... legally...

Stinger's idea was for the price to be enough to cover costs, and add a portion to the site upkeep...

We'll have to investigate the printing and shipping costs,... but I'd like to see us stay under $12 shipped...
Does that sound reasonable?... (if we can stay under $8 and still manage a decent contribution for the site,.. that would be even better)...
If costs are too high,.. another option would be an onsite, downloadable, calender,... available for free, and ask for a $1 or $2 donation to the site...
... or maybe have both options?...

Keep throwing in ideas and thoughts guys... and pics...  Wink...
only 4 pics so far...

Stinger,?.. chime in with your ideas...
This is based upon your original suggestion... (I'm just rollin' the ball)...
...and let me know if I'm drifting off from your purpose...
PM me,.. if you prefer...

Wink...

Quote:
PS... I don't mean this as an intrusion,.. but I'm going to go through the posts and use a blue highlight to ID calender layout and production suggestions...
So that I can visually separate them from the bike nominations...
I promise not to edit any wording... just highlights...
Okay? - Serow

in principle, such a value of the calendar suits me . I can not of course say for all of the rest...
and if from the point of view of observance of any of the rights easier to make a calendar with pictures of bikes members, then surely the way to do Smiley

I voted members only bikes. That way it is more personal to me. I am certain we can come up with 16 months worth of bikes from this forum. If I wanted a show bike calendar, I would buy one at the mall. Just my opinion.

I agree. We should have enough scooters of all designs right here among the group to field a very nice calendar. That would negate any copyright issues and maybe generate more interest in the site also by making a thread for the "poster" bikes for guests to view. Maybe even do a small article for each one?

in continuation of the theme..the other pictures of bikes, could have been placed on the top of a site in a mode of slide show. this way you can really raise the interest  of visitors of the site and newbies to this site
