Many people, myself included, believe that deforestation may be THE cause of GW

Not many people realize how complex the relationship is among water, oceans, forests - across the planet. Or how dependent entire civilizations have been, over time, on these factors, or how deforestation or other man-induced changes can alter living conditions in which civilizations thrive.

Remember trees absorb co2 and release oxygen. The accelerating destruction of the rainforests that form a precious cooling band around the Earth's equator, is now being recognised as one of the main causes of climate change. Carbon emissions from deforestation far outstrip damage caused by planes and automobiles and factories.

It's Probably too late to do anything about it anyway, we are determined to destroy our world at any cost...

Not only do I not like shovelling snow, but then to reshovel it further away from the driveway and house so I'll have room for the next storm just seems soooo wrong.  The view from the roof- white everywhere, so pretty.  When I finish shovelling the roof, maybee i can...wait, that's the third pickup truck with snow in the back bed..didn't they get their fair share?  

Last year there was a video clip of a news woman asking the weatherman a question about the snow he predicted. He predicted 8 inches of snow & it just didnt snow. So, there they are, on camera, broadcasting live & she says

"So Bob, where's that 8 inches you promised me last night?"


Video seems to have all gone away.. dangitt..

same thing, right?

Another foot and a half of snow forecast for this evening ... enough is enough already!
