Strutting my stuff.

I'm thinking about replacing my shocks with struts and putting on a sprung seat. How short can I go with the struts and does anyone make them? Not sure if I'm keeping the stock rear fender.

I put some new shocks on my bike that have NO give to them and they sit right on top of the tire. They are 9" center to center. That would probably be pretty darn good.
By the way, my profile picture doens't show the new shocks.
Here they are

9 inches center to center, sounds good. If I can't find a supplier I have a friend who could make them.

Mine had these struts on it when I bought it. I swapped them out for a pair of shocks I got from the Marketplace here and sold them to another member.
I believe they were 9" eye to eye and 1/2" steel.
