I don't think so. I think I just got some with the same size and thread. Don't ask me what size because i have no idea.
Here's a picture of the one holdong down the back of the seat. I know its a big picture.

I've thought about something like this for the rear of the seat to the fender. Might work on the seat hold-down too? But might be harder to get to with thumbs. I've even seen these kinds with emblems, decorative colored bezels, jewels, etc. on top.
You'd have to find the right size, of course, but here's what I was thinking:
