You didn't turne that light on a lathe? Out of a solid aluminum stock? Man, you can start selling that thing easily.

ya I turned it on a lathe.  Its 2.4" diameter. About like a stock blinker.  I wanted it small but bright. Ill be using an H3 halogen bulb.  Resisted to 6v for tail light and 12v for brake light. Hope it doesnt melt the lens.

made a heat shield after 2 pairs of pants caught fire. not sure if I like it yet. Tell me if i should keep it, change it, scrap it.









thinking about running drag bars. They are lower than the clip ons.

I like the heat shild. Complements the seat. Match the color - and it's great, IMO.

modified the cam chain tensioner so i can ride it until the full engine rebuild and i can make a better one.



wrapped the exhaust and attached the heat shield, now just need to dirty it up.

Well that is a rendering of the fork brace im gonna make.  clamps with formed sheetmetal in the middle.
