Anyone know of any videos on troubleshooting or working on the Savage? or similiar bikes?
This would save alot of time......
Plus some of us are better at visual learning.

Any Info would be appreciated.

I'm not even sure what all Greg's cd includes!
Is his just pictures?

FS, Not exactly what you want, but interesting. Google MonkeySee.com. Click on autos and mechanical, then motorcycles. I guarantee you'll see something you like and learn something you didn't know.   Boofer

Thanks boofer! Any info is good!
I really didnt want to wait until I have Motorcycle problems to start getting good or more info.
But,so far, mine is running good though.

I was thinking too in this day and time there should be videos.
Which would be very helpful and to new riders also who want to learn to work on there own bikes, and troubleshoot any new problems easier.

Oh Gregs cd,
I contacted Greg one time, asked him about his cd,for some info on it, and he said its good, ask the guys.
So I thought I finally would on that also.

Youre right.I looked and found alot, but none on the Savage in particular, yet.

My pc was messed up for about 7-10 days though and I couldnt get into YouTube much without it crashing. But it seems to be doing good now.
So thanks for letting me know.

It would be nice if one or several of the guys here made a few videos and put on youTube....or wherever.
That would be very cool!

Free Spirit what type of service does your Savage need. I'm going to tear mine down pretty soon. I have the famous oil leak (only at high speed) and I'm going to set the valves while I'm in there, and probably torque the headbolts.

Midnightrider, so do you want to make a video of the work youre going to do?
That would be cool! Wink

My Savage dosent need anything right now, that I know of other than a oil change.Which I can do.
I'm just trying to learn more, before it does need anything else.
So I can learn to do as much as possible myself.

Thought it would be a cool idea to have some videos somewhere for myself and others to see.
Easier to learn by seeing it done, than reading. And would just be cool to seeSmiley
