Guys, help me out.  I'm working on my wifes bike as a surprise while she is at a training class.  I need to know what combination of jets will work with a Jardine exhaust and the Universal K&N filter (RU-1750).

There is so much on here about different jetting it gets a little confusing and overwhelming.  I have turn the mixture screw out quite a bit and it still is cutting out/fuel starved at full throttle.

Thanks!

mix screw has practically no effect at full throttle.  You'll want a 152.5 or 155 main, and probably a 55 pilot jet too.  Don't forget about the white spacer either.

Jetting info:

The idle mixture screw and pilot jet control the first third of the throttle range.

The needle jet position controls the middle third.  Shorten the white spacer as needed.

The main jet controls the max third of the throttle range.  Yes, 155 is probably good for your set up.

Altitude?

You can't just copy someone elses set-up, you have to set it up for your area.

If it is cutting out and fuel starved at full throttle, check that vacuum line as well. That is the usual culprit on high RPM issues like you describe.
