how does it resist gasoline? i have been wanting to try that technique. my savage will be a good candidate.

No problems with it so far.  Spilt some on it and just wipped it up.  No fading or discoloring.  I understand it from reading that takes a few months to cure really good, but then it's much harder and resistant than normal auto paint.  I painted mine in late fall and it's really tough now.
