Getting my Savage back after accident (Read 9 times)

There exists a plethora of information on both. If you are talking frame mods then the sky is the limit (within the constraints of your skills and wallet).

The new saddle looks to be about four inches further back than stock -- which would give you more room. You could mount a saddle a bit higher and further back if you need still more room.
