the other bike has a fork brace and a steering damper - there's a test you can do to check if it's set too light so as to have the quickest steering possible - guess this fellow was on the light side!

Ape hangers, straight-up, Edelbrock carb, some HD exhaust with no baffle, no air filter box door, bad gas milage. My wife's - 95 mph stock rejetted carb, stock air box and filter, Screaming eagle II pipe with baffle. Way better gas milage.
