Working with "tubeless" tires

I just received my replacement Metzeler tires in the mail. I got them pretty cheap on eBay last week.
$120 shipped for the rear
and
$85 shipped for the front
.
Anyways... I was checking out the sidewalls for date stamps and I saw that they are labeled "tubeless". I am planning on mounting and running them just like any other LS650 tire with a tube.
Is there anything I need to be aware of when installing a tube in a "tubeless" tire? Will I be able to seat the bead as well as before?
I have a basic Coats 220 motorcycle tire changer and I just want to be sure that I have the right idea.

mine are tubeless front and rear,i put them on with two rubber coated prybars,u need to put a lot of air in the tube, until it "pops" up onto the lip of the rim, then let the air down to running pressure,u have a tire changer so it more than likely will be a piece of cake.

On KLX I've been using tubes in tubeless tires for 3 years now with no problem. As long as the tube is the right size you are OK.
