kangaroo Ex Member	Handle bars 12/07/05 at 08:45:23 I've got an 86 savage and love it. However, I'm considering replacing the stock bars with something different. I am interested in knowing what kind of bars are out there and how people like these different bars. Also it would be nice to know all the parts you would need to purchase for each individual bar switch.

They are a really nice shape but not that wide. kinda sporty and remind of the bars on a vmax, if you've ever seen one of those. I just can't get into the swept back thing - just doesn't feel like a real motorcycle to me! Good luck!

They bolt right on and lok great and the bike feels more stable. You can pick up the Sportster bars on ebay pretty cheap. Ike
