Hey folks,
Anybody know where to get stiffer rear shock assemblies from?
Also, anyone know what the springs are rated for (in lbs or kg)?
thanks,

Better shocks would be made by Progressive Suspension. Savage will not be listed, but VS800 Intruder shocks will fit.
In the 412 series #4228C will work and give you about 1/2 inch lift in the rear (of the bike, of course).

If there is some sun in the morning I will get a pic of my bike with the replacement shocks I found...they were for a Harley (1/2" hole) but a 14mm titanium drill bit took care of that little problem.
