04/04/05 at 05:34:21

I had my footrest system down and I noticed that the rope which is for brake light when you step on rear brake pedal is disconnected. But couldn't find out where to connect it. I hope you understand my poor english. Anyone got a picture of that which will show it and help me?

It hooks on the back side of same pin that holds the real brake cable. There is a  plastic piece the end of  the cable, that brakes with the time. Some time ago somebody had a post with the part # and the place to get it from.

As Slavy said...it connects to the same pin as the brake cable.  There should be a clip on the end of the cable too.

Switch cable goes on the brake pin with the brake linkage cable, held on by a cotter pin:

You mean the plastic piece that connects the cable to the clip?

Maybe this picture clears it up: Roll Eyes

This is the installation with the forward controls but uses the original cables ( rear brake and cable to the rearbrake lightswitch)
