You have either a safety inspection, that doesn't care about the exhaust, either emission test- just HC and CO at idle, or no test at all.

savagethumper Ex Member	Re: Cheap man's mod Reply #6 - 03/29/05 at 07:04:00 Texas is strict on the cars, but they didn't even fire up the bike when they inspected mine. It would've passed, but I could run straight pipes if I wanted. Speaking of which, my inspection is due right now.
