You are quite right.  For once the Kuryakyn grips have met their match, I do believe.

Thanks everybody. I'd buy you all a beer but, there's only one other member in Ohio here and he hasn't posted for awhile. Grin

If interested here's my source on white grips.  Other colors too.

It's done.   Grin   But for mounting the new tires.

Fabbed a bracket to move the rear turn lights to the lisc plate bracket.   Did some rewiring, extensions, etc.

Painted the batt box black (looked good until I did a slop job on the clearcoat, still looks fine when moving.)

Moved the from turn signals up to eye level with the headlights.  Removed the visor I installed last season.

Got it all together to notice that the battery was dead.  I'd charged it all night but it didn't hold the charge, so I got a new one.  Put in on the charger and whatzup?  No spark, no hum.  I checked and the charger's 6v-12v switch was moved to mid point.

I hope I didn't replace a good batt for nothing.  grr.

I ride at dawn.  Well, let's make that about 10am.  Maybe 11.  Photos will follow.

I could have done this quicker than I did,  but I've been trotting out to the shed when it's warm enough to work w/o a jacket. And just the last week or so I've have light outside long enough to see more than an hour.  Finally.

I tried that once, but don't they hit the tank when you turn the handlebars all the way?
