I have replace the stock bearings, but I have not replace the rubber dampeners. Could this cause pulley wobble?

You can either ignore it or do a mod to tighten it up. DragBikeMike did a double bearing mod that works well and seems to be the current "gold standard", but there are a couple of others. It shouldn't be too hard to search up.

Dan, all I get from your vid link is audio. What are you trying to show us? Did you replace the bearing in your pulley hub?

This link for the duplex bearing mod should help. It's easy to do. You will need the bearing and will also have to have your spacer machined as shown. Armen does the spacers.
