Trash picked a Peavey power mixer that puts out 200 watts per channel, it's a nice piece of equipment with a 10 band equalizer and multiple inputs. Hooked it up to my old Kenwood receiver which became the pre amp and a CD player for a little bit of shop music. I have a wide selection of CD's from NIN and Uncle Kracker to Kenny Wayne Sheppard and Little Feet. Classics like Traffic and Crosby Stills and Nash get airtime also. Can't stand the local FM stations. Also like Lou Reed, Mott the Hoople, Deep Purple and Santana.  Guess I'm an omnivore for music, I enjoy it all and play it loud. Smiley

Due to an accident involving a forklift, and no injuries, we no longer allow any non-safety sounds in the build shop.

Someone was bumped into while the fork was backing up and they claimed they couldn't hear the reverse indicator beeper due to the stereo.

Hiya Raz!
We usually just have the radio playing in our shop - we're lucky here in Chicago with a wide variety of stations.
But if you're so inclined, I'd recommend Google Play (paid version).  I've got it and it doesn't disappoint.  I've never tried Pandora or Spotify, but I've been told it's about the same, but with more full albums.
Also, Ryobi makes a great, cheap little shop radio with Bluetooth - I highly recommend.
(I'm not a paid spokesperson for Ryobi or Google -  Smiley )
