Throttle Cable Clip

I looked at the micro-fiche for both the carb and the control cables, but I can't seem to find the part number for the clip that retains the throttle cable at the carb. Anybody have the part number? Is it a simple clip that can be purchased at ACE?

Of the 100+ parts I removed from the bike to convert it...this is the only missing part. And I'm SURE that as soon as I order it...I'll find the missing one.

Once they are gone....thasit!

We have never found the clip in the parts diagram, or from any other source.

Snot a big deal.....they run and operate just fine without it.

I'll just safety-wire it in place. That's one step up from using bailing wire.

I ran my bike for 2 years without that clip. The bike would backfire when I shut it off.
I finally found the clip in a baggy of small parts, I put it back in where it belongs.....still backfires Smiley
