One wants to KILL ME.
One wants to GIVE my hard earned money, to LAZY people that have never worked, and say, GIMMIE, GIMMIE, GIMMIE !


 Nobody want's to take cheese or rice from you.

 So one right is the right to life, and the other is tax allocation?

 You make it sound like your money is being stolen and given to someone else.  I assume you mean your legally taxed income is not being used where you want it to.  That is not a right.
