Leftist politicians who are preventing the tsa from being paid are fearful of loosing power in future elections if ICE removes enough future voters and if Trumps proposals are passed. Leftist don't really care about the unwashed masses. They say 'voter suppression' or 'intimidation' same old scare tactics knowing the leftist media will make this nonsense mainstream. Freaking leftist politicians.
