I am thinking something that might bolt up (assuming some fab/mod) to the side rails on the rear fender. Looking on line I do see some but they are generally listed as they fit many bikes and I was wondering what folks experience with them was. Pictures would be great.

I don't know of anyone getting Hard bags mounted. Nobody builds stuff for these bikes. Memphis Shades built a windshield, IDK if they still do. If someone manages to figure out how to Win getting bags on,it's just because they stayed at it till they won. My bags got wrecked in the crash. I had modified some throw over bags,laced them together with para cord. I installed grommets in the part between the bags and put the rear seat on over that.

I got the bags supports made for my bike and mounted the GIVI kit (ebay) to convert them to GIVI bags. Then got the Sigway Hard bags (22L-?)(ebay). Here is some pictures ... I need several post to get it all but I don't know how to do but one picture per post.

This was my last Savage but not Givi quick disconnect bags . These mount to the fender rail .

They might combine shipping on a pair of them ? If so Ordering three of them might be a good idea ... Ya never know what the future holds ! Grin

There are a bunch of them on ebay if being quick detachable is not important.

There is a 1.5 gallon fuel tank inside the soft luggage rack bag. It's plumed into the fuel line with it's own cut-off , I got tired of that little 2.7 gallon tank . Wink

I spent many Happy Hours aboard that sweet machine !

But it got to where 48-50 mpg was all I could get out of it ... my 350 Meteor has replaced it nicely but with a couple less HP and not quite twice the fuel millage. Roll Eyes

. I'm still working on getting the FIRE under my Helmet under control ... so the few less HP is a good thing ! Wink

Just a 24 HP modern version of the Savage .

My driveway in early fall .

I actually got goosebumps looking at that Meteor. It looks so useable and it's just so pretty. What a nice looking engine. IMO, that is what a motorcycle is supposed to Be.
Fully functional, able to haul stuff and look DammGood doing it.
Of course, feeling some Gs coming out of the corners is part of what I Need from one, too. I don't want anything that might pull my arms straight, just enough to make me grin..

What windshield is that?

The 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator produces 49 horsepower and 31.7 pound-feet of torque.
Bore x Stroke: 70 mm x 58.6 mm
Compression: 11.3:1

Grins available at the twist of the wrist.

Question..
With that compression ratio, howcummizzit it doesn't require Premium? I don't get it..

Curious what you did. Those cases on S40 are sort of what I am looking for. How was mounting them. I want the cases/bags to be permanent in place.

I could measure the fork dia. where it mounts for ya , and take a better picture of the mounting system tomorrow afternoon .

JOG My other bike has 48HP , but it weights a little more than your Kawasaki ! Maybe we'll get to do a Dragon Run together some time to see how they handle ?

SoC , I got those little "Bullet Blinkers" off ebay . I'll look to see if I have a better picture .
