Maybe so.

There was a lot of incomprehensible mumbling and general nonsense but seriously, not knowing the name of the girl whose blood stains his hands was perhaps the lowest.

And the Republican rebuttal was tough to watch. The Republicans needed to take a page from the Democrats Jan 6 show trial and hire a Hollywood director. I make videos for work and I would have scrapped that one. Good intentions but if she practiced like that and someone said it was good to go, they need to look for a new line of work.

All last night did was reaffirm my current state of mind: Biden is a joke. I don’t want Trump but he’s a million times better alternative. Still hoping for a convention miracle that puts DeSantis on the ticket where he belongs.

DeSantis would make a fine President, he’s a bad campaigner. On one hand, the procedure we use to select nominees (for anyone except Biden) requires tremendous stamina and support staff. There’s value to that. On the other hand, it rewards those who are unbelievably narcissistic and power happy because why else would you tolerate the crap they go through.

I said everyone except Biden because the DNC is hiding PuddinHead as much as possible and certainly not going to subject him to a debate against RFK Jr.

I’m not sure how it could happen, but hoping for a convention miracle that forces Trump out and DeSantis gets nominated.
