The bottom line, and the critical part to all this, is, there was no damage. The banks did not object at all. The lending institutions were not harmed and I’ve not read anything about the loans not being serviced. These banks knew who they were dealing with, and they were comfortable.

The only one who objected was a politically motivated state Attorney General, with her eyes on future offices. That’s all. That’s the truth.

The point is... different valuations for lenders and taxes.
He doesn't do this for laughs, he saves money by lying at a cost to others. Banks lose interest, states lose revenue.
That's crime.
