Rear pulley Dewobble

So, with all the chatter lately about squeaky, wobbly pulleys, I figure it’s time to revisit the gag.
Drag Bike Mike came up with a tremendously clever solution to the problem.
Basically, knock out the original pulley bearing and seal and install a double row/double sealed 5305-2RS super-heavy duty bearing.
With the chubbier bearing, you need a narrower left hand axle spacer.
Luckily, the OEM spacer can be modified to fit.
A little lathe work, and Voila!
Since no one else seems to want to do this, I modify stock spacers and offer them to the members (I need your original one back after you install mine).
I’m posting this in Tech rather than Marketplace, because it seems a lot of folks don’t know the problem/fix.
Easy way to tell if your bike needs one. If it’s a 650 Savage 9or any of the other names the bike is called), you need to do this fix.
Grab the rear pulley and see if it has play in any direction.
Basically all that is needed is to remove the rear wheel. Then pull the pulley assembly and knock out the bearing and seal. Install new bearing (find one on Ebay), toss the seal, install the new spacer, and reassemble!
Shoot me a note with any questions.
Thanks,
-Armen

I'm kinda dense and need pictures sometimes.  It would be helpful to me if you could mark-up the attached photo to show.  Or confirm by photo and part number...

1) which part are you selling a shorty version of (part #19?).  Your price?
2) which bearing is being upgraded with the double row/double sealed 5305-2RS super-heavy duty bearing (part #15?)

Are we tossing the OEM seal (part #16) because the super deluxe double row bearing is double sealed?

Thanks.

This parts diagram is not copywrite protected, but I'll give photo credit to LeadVenture anyway.

Modifying part number 19. Put a step in it so it lives partially in the bearing.
Double sealed bearings, so you no longer use the extra seal.

Price is $30, including shipping.
You have to send me your original when you swap them out.
Thanks
