I was out on the tracker the other day and she was a handful , not feeling on point. Sometime ago I had some loose spokes on the rear and I had tightened and half as$ed trued it. I think maybe the aluminum rim might be damaged(worn nipple holes) that make it impossible to properly true it. For not being a race bike it normally is very tight and when something isn’t right I notice it. Thought it might be low air but no. When Ryca had these wheels made I heard that they used the affordable rim and nipple holes had to be redrilled due to steep spoke angle of rear hub. Buchanan’s did such a nice job on the wheels for the BSA (Half Pint) , I’m gonna find me a box and send it ! Already have new Continentals & tubes ready and service the forks too while it’s down and oil & filter. I quite literally trashed the rear wheel , whole shots , jumping R/R crossings and just a good dose of abuse. It is , ok it was my daily and will be again soon. It’s such a fun bike to ride you can’t help but to test it and test it hard , it seems to respond best when abused ! I’ll also give that swingarm a close inspection for cracks. Tracker 3.0 will have to wait , not ready yet , I need her back on the road asap , maybe start on Tracker 3.0 in 2027. Until then she’s gonna cop some more abuse , ride it like you stole it !    Grin

Procrastination isn’t a bad thing , like every dog has his day , waiting for just the right time as long as it’s not today ! My F100 project has left me with a lot of scrap metal and another similar sized pile acquired over the last twenty five years living here. I missing the once a year free bee dump day the city does. Put it all in the truck and on the trailer drive it to local scrap metal guy and get maybe 7 bucks , won’t even pay for fuel & a beer. Pay someone to haul it all off , that’s why it’s all still sitting there. Gives wife something to nag about and something for me to snicker at everytime she mentions it. Mind you it’s not garbage it’s all good scrap steel. So the other day I open garage door to find a flyer for scrap collection with prices for pickup &  disposal for big stuff frig, washer, dryers, etc. But at the top in big letters it said “Free pickup for Ewaste and scrap metal , any metal” , pile it in the driveway for pickup the next morning with flyer attached. I was absolutely amazed the truck pulled up ,he took everything ,no questions, guy had a huge smile and was happy to get the scrap. Gave him a tip and he and all my steel was gone ! I still can’t believe it. Procrastination isn’t a bad thing !    Grin Grin Grin
