Watching the video I would say he absolutely could have done that naturally. For instance the article claimed he pre-positioned his arm in "an unusual way" which is simply a leading statement. At 5:52:26 he crosses his arms in a completely normal manner, but people that don't like him or his affiliation will find some way to say it's not. When I cross my arms, my interior lower arm rests as his does, thumb closest to my chest.

People stand with their arms like that all the time, and evaluating other videos of Santos, he has crossed his arms like that multiple times in the past.

He's definitely stupid enough to do this, but in this case I will go 50/50. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't.
