Well, that depends on what the definition of Is Is.

There is nobody pointing to the border, labeling it Insecure, because of a military incursion. Nobody Needs the Context clarified, nobody is confused and Nobody is wrong when they say the border is not secure. It's being actively used to import people who have not been vetted. Nobody knows how much tuberculosis is coming in. How many gang members?
Employers Need more than bodies with a pulse. It's illegal to Hire noncitizens who don't have a green card.
