I have a ‘thingy’ between my legs,
but I am not a Male.
I can beat all girls Swimming, Running, etc.
I can go into girls bathrooms and Watch, Rape, etc.
And on and on and on.

      NOW,
One CAN commit a Crime,
and NOT be a Criminal !

Oh, I hear the cape popping out.
One can be a, ‘reformed’ criminal.
Just as a person can be a
‘reformed/sober’, alcoholic.
Yet they are STILL a ‘Alcoholic’.
