Alternative handlebar risers

back in 2015 when I purchased my first S40.there was a thread on this forum about handlebar risers from another model of bike that fitted the S40 and moved the bars forward and down. I fitted these and they worked perfectly. I then sold the bike. Just recently I purchased another S40 and want to do the same mod again but for the life of me can’t remember what bike these risers were from and nor can I find the original thread on the forum. Can anyone please help?
