Many ideas came from this board. I think of it like the Schwinn Sting Ray I had in 6th grade, if I could I would just lay it on it's side when I jump off.

The Volume Between the air filter and the valve needs to be at least the volume of the cylinder.

Just an Old Guy who has seen stuff that should be paid attention to IF the goal is squeezing the most outta these things.. I'm just tossing out food for thought for you. There are hours and hours of YouTube videos on exhaust design and theory and intake design theory. I'm just trying to help you get what you are looking for.
