Agreed. The harder it is on the people to get gas,the less resistance to electric.
When The Guy who is trying to build electric cars says it's too soon and we need to allow the technology to mature naturally, that is probably good advice. I'm happy to say I said that weeks ago.

Obviously, this would negatively affect Tesla, but sustainable energy solutions simply cannot react instantaneously to make up for Russian oil & gas exports.
