I know, I know….we’re all supposed to wear blue and yellow…change the color of the stripes on our flag…light up every building at night in the colors of Ukraine etc…. And I get it but…

1) If Visa and MasterCard  can cancel transactions in Russia, why would anyone from Russia ever pay a penny on their balance again?

2) yea, sure Russia’s the bad guy here, but tell me it’s impossible for credit card companies to refuse transactions at gas stations for fuel as a way to fight against the evils of fossil fuel?  How about canceling any transactions in gun shops?

3) Convince me it’s totally outside the realm of possibility that a credit card / bank refuses any transaction inside a state that passes a law that goes against the popular opinion of the leftist and their media partners? Not possible you say? We just lived through two years of COVID nonsense. Remember MLB moved the All-Star game out of Atlanta after a leftist media fabricated lie that election laws targeted blacks. Also remember the Atlanta Braves made it to the World Series but suddenly all those who got their panties in a bunch got quiet because there was just way too much money from a World Series to give up based on what everyone knew was BS so the media got real quiet about the evil people of Georgia.

That was a very bad precedent from Visa and MasterCard.
