Looks like it's for sale.

https://www.smartcycleguide.com/L51021693

It's a fairly simple build that looks really good.  Mostly stock outside of the rear hoop, seat, side panels and bars.  Not sure if the forks were even lowered.  Price seems fair for what it is too.

The last picture shows that the seat might be a tad long and the stance might be improved with longer shocks or lowered forks.  Just my opinion.

What is wrong with having a bit of seat padding?

If you compare the seats of the 60's/70's the seats had about 4" of foam....today these slab seats look like they have less than 1" of padding.

As an owner of a Cafe' bike with a thin seat........foam is your friend when you go on long rides! Wink

That site which shows it for sale seems a bit sketchy. listing is old and they want name and Email stuff before you can get any further info.
Maybe I'm overly cautious, but it doesn't seem level.
I did a Google search and the site seems suspicious.

Style over function. All about the look.

With the stock forward foot controls I would think it would be difficult keeping your butt planted when accelerating.  Just my observation.  Good looking style, though!

Yeah, I took mine for a spin like that before I built my mid-controls and it was odd.  I don't like forward controls anyway.

But I do like the "bones" of this build.  I would tweak the seat a little, do some mid-controls, add a Dyna muffler and call it a day.  Smiley

I have a black 06 that I was going to build with GS450E bodywork, but maybe I'll just do something like this with it.  I need to get it done and out of my garage.

Ohiomoto - I appreciate you posting all of the detailed pics of your mid controls.  I am going that route with mine.  I have all my raw materials, just need to start figuring out all the numbers.  I need the exhaust here to make sure the muffler support is provided for as well.
