If it was could I bring a baseball bat, hit people with it and be considered unarmed?

 Would I be "only taking selfies" if I sprayed bear spray on people?

 If I gouged at a person's eyes would I be a peaceful protester?

 If I bought riot gear months ahead of time, had meetings about how to get into buildings and take hostages, would I be a political prisoner if I was detained for that?

 If so then yeah I'm all about an insurrection because without a gun I am unarmed, pre-event activity is not applicable, and the fact that it is politically motivated does not apply to the definition of insurrection.  CNN and FOX will dictate how words are used from now on because mass ignorance is more important that established language skills.
