Not if you use the flasher module in the ground circuit for the turn signals....and use the L/R switch to send the power to the lights before the power heads through the flasher module on the way to the ground.


Or you can send the power to the 2 left and 2 right lights - and then use the flasher switch to run the power to the flasher and then ground.
