I recently did the Verslagen cam chain tensioner mod and when I had the exhaust off I got this pic of the valves in the engine. The flash is turned on making them slightly more white than they are in real life. They still looked pretty white in person and seem to have a fair bit of deposits on them. The bike is a 2007 with 12k miles. The bike runs well, I havent noticed any issues with mis-fires or anything like that. My question for someone with more expertice is how are they looking, do I need to take them into a shop for cleaning or anything? Does this mean my engine is running lean?
