06 with carb kit and airbox removed and Harley exhaust. Now getting fuel oil mix blowing out of pcv tube lots of it mostly seems to be fuel. Any ideas as to why? Thanks.

Airbox removed equalls What?
The end of the carb where the tube goes REQUIRES certain air passeges remain unobstructed. If yoouve slapped some Bullshit aftermarket air filter on, youve probably sabotaged the carburetors ability to breathe.

The breather tube coming out of the head should not have fuel in it.

Have you checked the level of the oil in the crankcase?  If the carb float needle seat is not sealing, or if your OEM vacuum operated petcock has a bad diaphragm - it can leak fuel into the crankcase.

If the PVC tube is the rubber hose coming off the head,... it's the crankcase breather tube.  It needs to connect to input side of the air filter or have it's own air filter, but it can't be blocked off.
If it's actually blowing too much fuel/oil,... you may have a leaky vacuum petcock valve. (fuel will leak into the oil and barf up anywhere it can).

If you've removed the airbox, the  standard petcock won't work correctly and you should replace it with a raptor petcock.

I have completely disassembled my -94 Savage and was planning NOT to put the airbox back on the bike again. Do I really have to replace the petcock if it works as it should. If my memory serves me correctly there were no tubes running from the airbox to the carb or petcock.

Replace the stock petcock. It is just a matter of time before it WILL give trouble.
