The First Amendment to the Constitution needs to be changed.
It needs to be updated.
It needs to reflect the intent, with which it was written.

Therefore, the part about, the, “freedom … of the press“, Needs to reflect, what was meant when that was written.

From this point on, any ‘freedom of the press’, will reflect only the movable type press which was available, and widely used at that time.
It will also be written, that the ink used will be only made of soot, ashes, carbon, brass or copper sulphates, and certain kinds of nut tree fruits.
Also the paper, shall only be made of cotton or linen rags.
Any communication made with carbon faced paper, mimeograph, typewriter, Thermofax, dot matrix, inkjet, laser printer, or any electronic assembly of electrons, shall be regulated, and monitored as to content.

This readjustment will bring the First Amendment in line,
for simple understanding like the Second Amendment was,
which now says, Black Powder and Flint Locks.

Likely to get on a ballot,
as, Banning a AR 15, or look alike Like Firearm,
Because it was not invented in 1776 ?

 I think they have equal chances if the law is written to remove AR or similar based off time of invention.

The problem with touching the constitution - or connistipation like Kzhir Kan puts it is that - I want afew, like 8 or 10 of em to get shredded. I'd want some of em expanded, and I'm near certain, they don't match the rest of the country's favorite changes.

We should just do like Australia did, and end birthright citizenship for starters. LOL.

Ya know, I am not a Welder.
In fact probably 99.998% of people that weld can do it better than I
If I want something welded, I will tell the welder, ‘What’, I want done.
I will NOT tell them, ‘How to do it” !

Oh yea forgot, EDS, you need things explained to you.
1. 99.99998% sure that not ONE of those Firearms in those photos are, assault rifles.
2. Looking at a 2 dimension photograph, you CAN NOT, determine the degree of angle of the barrels.
