Between left side of case and frame.
Lay on right side, fourteen millimeter wrench, reach under engine, put wrench on head, so it's pointing forward and down, bang down on wrench.

Don't screw it back in too tight. It's got a tapered end to seal it so the head of the bolt doesn't necessarily tighten up flush to the case.
